Ferraris at the Amelia Island RM auction

RM auctions have released two videos on You tube of two of the Ferraris scheduled to go under the hammer this Saturday.


The first shows the Ferrari 365GTB/4 Daytona Spyder one of the 121 factory original cars and once owned be Edsel Ford. The car comes with Ferrari Classiche programme certification (which may or may not increase its value). Like all US spec Spyders the car is stamped as a GTB4 rather than a GTS4 possibly to circumvent type approval regulations at the time.

Audi R8 Spyder in Metallic Brown

Shown here in an unusual but strangely appealing metallic brown, the new Audi R8 Spyder will probably be one of the cars to be seen in, in 2010. The styling to me is less appealing than the coupe version and the promo video here makes much more of it's poseur potential than it's sporting credentials.
