The first shows the Ferrari 365GTB/4 Daytona Spyder one of the 121 factory original cars and once owned be Edsel Ford. The car comes with Ferrari Classiche programme certification (which may or may not increase its value). Like all US spec Spyders the car is stamped as a GTB4 rather than a GTS4 possibly to circumvent type approval regulations at the time.
RM estimate the car will sell for between $1m and $1.25m which would in my opinion would be top money for a Daytona Spyder. Me I would rather stick with my Daytona Berlinetta (biased maybe but I have always preferred the Berlinetta's lines) and buy a nice Maserati Ghibli Spyder for those days when I want a bit of wind in the hair motoring. These two togther would still leave rather a lot of cash in the bank over this Daytona Spyder

The second video shows the present owner, Wayne Sparling, showing his rare alloy bodied 275GTB/4, one of only 16 made. As racing cars became more specialised demand for the lighter weight alloy bodies on road going Ferrari Berlinetta's was declining, (and all but disappeared with the Daytona only one standard car being delivered with an alloy body).
Not obviously stated in the video the Alloy body will make the car nosier than the steel bodied examples and the thinner gauge bodywork is more prone to damage and denting. This particular car is finished in a factory colour Nocciola or Hazelnut, which may divide opinion but I think is fantastic. The car also has air conditioning rare in a 4 cam and slightly at odds with the alloy body.
RM estimate $1.35m to $1.75m which to my mind is too much (a steel bodied 4 cam is $950k to $1.25M), but it is a fabulous looking car and assuming it is mechanically sound should make its new owner very happy.
