Just to update the slightly mysterious post I made on the Grand Touring Facebook page yesterday, Dad is in the process of acquiring a rare right hand drive Iso Grifo GL300 (a series 1 open headlight car with a 327 Chevy V8). The deal is not quite done yet, but should be tied up on Monday when I hope to post pictures. We inspected the car today, and it is basically sound and complete, but in need of total restoration, as it appears to have been in storage for some time. Expect more updates and possible requests for recommendations for parts suppliers etc over the next few months
For those preferring their Italian GT's with a few more cylinders the Daytona and I will be at the Goodwood Supercar Sunday tomorrow, come and say hello if you see me
